School Workshops.

If your child is ill or absent there is no refund for any sessions booked. Please let us know if your child will be absent prior to the club if possible for registration purposes.

Cancellation in advance of a half term block commencing – refunds can be issued if we can reallocate the space.

Cancellation during the middle of a block of sessions is non-refundable.

Spaces are only secure once payment has been made and a confirmation email has been received.

Payment must be made with 7 days of registering your child on a selected course.

Holiday club workshops.

These are non –refundable as all materials are purchased in advance of the holiday club.

If your child is ill or absent there is no refund for any sessions booked. But a discount code will be given to you to use for a future holiday club. Please let us know if your child will be absent prior to the club if possible for registration purposes.
